The poster reviews clips in the order they arrived and approves or rejects each one on whether it lands the trick as described. The first clip approved is paid the full reward and the bounty closes. If clips are still waiting 24 hours after the bounty ends, the earliest clip that hasn't been flagged is approved and paid automatically.
